The DISC personality test can be helpful:
– For you to know what your »natural personality » profile is. What key personality traits characterize you.
– For you to better communicate with people with different personalities than yours.
I will be briefly describing what DISC is all about, so that you can then take the test and understand the results.
You may even want to encourage people working with you to do the same, share the results & discuss them, to help improve team communication.
